Team Leaders Position
We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.

Direct Sales Representatives Position
We’re looking for a results driven sales representative to sell our Funeral Services products and actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customers with our unique product plans.
Job Requirements
- Matric
- RE1 / RE5 is a good advantage for this role not a must.
- Minimum 4 years of previous Sales experience .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
- P resent, promote and sell B.K.K. Funeral Services products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the territory/market’s pot ential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve t hrough feedback and Sales update to Line manager.
